Evil or Very Mad what an experience...
I loaded and started using ChatterEmail about 30 days ago. I allowed the trial to expire thinking it would be simple to just register when i needed to..

I went to http://www.palm.com/us/products/software/chatteremail/index.html

In order to Buy the software... the "Buy Now" button sends me to a blank page.

I opened a chat window to report the issue... and "Gary" said the server was not responding (thanks Gary) He instructed me to contact 1-800-881-7256 to get the Registration code.
I called the 800 # spoke with Tyrone.. Tyrone told me to call 1-800-746-7646 (I love it when 2 people at the same company tell me to go somewhere else to get my problem addressed..) I called that 800 # and was told to send an e-mail... did I mention my e-mail doesn't work because of the trial period expiring??
I then called back 1-800-881-7256 and spoke with a lady who's name started with a "C" I did not catch the name because I was blind transferred to 1-800-746-7646 so fast I did not even know what she was doing... (are you kidding me. blind transfer to another company with out as much as a discussion?? WOW!!!)
I then called back.. 1-800-881-7256 spoke with "Eric" after explaining to Eric that is was in a bad place and could not send e-mail asking for e-mail help.. he told me to have a nice day and thanks for calling....

What a joke! I have been in the Tech. Support world for 30 years. I currently manage a group of support engineers. If any of my team spoke to or treated a customer (or potential customer) they way y'all have treated me I would fire their ass in a second and let them stand in unemployment lines for a living....

Here is a clue... fix your @#$@#$@# web page.. It has been down for weeks... teach your phone jockys some basic customer skills and make buying the product as easy as using it..

Versamail... seems to be working should you care to contact me..

I just picked up a pre-owned 755p and downloaded the Trial of Chatteremail and love it. I too would like to purchase it and don't care if Iget any kind of support...I just want to register it and will pay. Have not gotten a response to an e-mail left for Palm. Please Josh do what you can.

That is ridiculous! Chatteremail is so much better than Versamail...I will keep trying other avenues, including the developer if I can get a hold of him somehow.
